Orders and payments

We accept payment by MB WAY. Orders are processed on business days.

Promotion: when you buy 3 or more pieces, enjoy 10% off the value of the items (shipping excluded). The discount is applied automatically in the cart.

Shipping and delivery

At this stage we only ship to Portugal. The shipping cost is shown before you confirm your order.

Portugal: standard shipping (CTT) €4.50 · express shipping €8.00.

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

Exchanges and returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to give a reason. The piece must be returned unused, in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us through the contact page. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings that have been worn.

Caring for your pieces

To preserve the finish of your LOBA jewelry, avoid contact with chemicals (perfumes, creams, cleaning products or chlorine). Store pieces separately in a dry place. Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
